PRODUCTION& TECHNOLOGY:

All RGM Autoflex Wires are made by in house consistent system. Every cable is manufactured by using Bright Annealed Electrolytic grade 99.7% Pure Copper wires and is insulated with Virgin Grade PVC Compounds Which are impervious to water, oil, grease, acids etc.

RGM Manufactures the Autoflex wires are as per JASO-D 611 in AV, AVS, AVSS, HR Grade& as per customers drawings& requirements. Right from purchase of Raw Material, copper wire drawing& annealing of copper and PVC extrusion of Autoflex Wires several intermediate quality checks are performed. Such a total Management ensures high quality products. The extrusion of Autoflex Wires has been made speedy and accurate by implementing consistent systems.

RGM Autoflex Wire are available in single& dual( Striped) colors in 100 Mtrs,200 Mtrs,500 Mtrs coils and in drum packing up to 4000 Mtrs.

Reliability is a crucial issue and specially a malfunction can substantially spoil the product image. RGM primarily focuses on advancement of quality& reliability of goods.
